Terms of Service

By booking or using services from Porchlight Home Cleaning, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Prices quoted online are based on the details you provide (service type, home size, frequency, and add-ons). If the home differs materially from what was described, we will contact you before adjusting anything. Recurring plans can be skipped, paused, or canceled at any time — there is no membership or lock-in.

You are not charged at booking. Your card is securely saved with Stripe and charged after your clean is complete. Applicable taxes and account credits are reflected in your total.

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your visit. Later changes or lockouts may incur a fee to cover the reserved crew time.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the home and for securing valuables, fragile items, and pets. Please tell us about anything requiring special care in your booking notes.

100% satisfaction — or it's free. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it. If you're still not happy, that visit is free.

• Consent: By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Porchlight Home Cleaning. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Program description: Messages include quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, service follow-ups, job updates, and occasional offers.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (678) 873-2624 or hello@porchlightclean.com.
• Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Porchlight Home Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
